We want you to be happy with your purchase from KS Fashion Dresses! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and refund policy for eligible items. Please read the following carefully for details:
Returns and Exchanges
Eligible Items
All unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items with original tags attached are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days after received.
Ineligible Items
Final sale items, customized items, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please visit our website and follow the instructions on our “Returns” page. You will need to provide your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Please securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and attach the label. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and indicate your desired exchange in the return request. We will do our best to fulfill your request based on availability.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
